Fera to PSU?

You may remember earlier this year me writing about a kicker named Fera (Texas) that was high on the Nittany Lions to only choose Michigan a few days after the writing. Well, apparently he has de-committed from Michigan and is preparing to commit to PSU. This is great news seeing it is KK's last year. It is never bad to pick up a guy that can kick every kickoff into the endzone as well as make 60 yard field goals.
