2nd Commit

The Penn State football team picked up its second verbal commitment of the year with Malcolm Willis from Maryland. Malcolm is a CB for Indian Head, Lackey. With the departures of many corners this and next year, PSU is in a big need players of Willis's stature.

Willis is the second commitment of the year following Ty Howle who committed earlier in the year.
