Anyone that has ever created a web page from scratch, without all the fancy applications will appreciate this site. You can hover over a color wheel and the page tells you what is a web safe, web smart or unsafe. Click close to what you would like to use and then use the hue selector on the right to narrow down the color even further. Nice tool.
