Things like the head coach, strength and conditioning coaches and the program, the position coach, the coach that’s recruiting me, the amount of Academic All-Americans the school has had, how often are they on TV, what would the travel be like for my family, how is the training regimen, the nutrition program for players, the facilities, the dorms, and the social life on the campus. We then rank them from one to five. It’s kind of fun, the whole family gets involved. The school that I select will have everything that I need." - scout.com

Catch anything that just shouts PSU? Well I think these do:

"head coach" - come on - only the best
"coach that’s recruiting me" - PSU's best recruiter is on the case. Tom Bradley. The guy that landed us Justin King
"amount of Academic All-Americans the school has had" - PSU is one if not the best. more...
"how often are they on TV" - Every game this year on TV except one which is on ESPN 360 webcast. And that has been the story for many years.
"what would the travel be like for my family" - PSU is by far the closest (of the colleges he has narrowed his selection down) to his family.
